Designed around advanced coursework and projects. Students interested in research can undertake a year-long thesis in place of project work. The first semester establishes the foundation required for advanced studies.
Offers specializations in VLSI/Chip Design & Machine Learning and AI & Communication. The curriculum includes semiconductor technology, IC design, FPGA/ASIC design, RTL-to-GDSII flow, wireless communication, AI/ML, signal processing, RF and microwave engineering, and emerging 5G/6G technologies.

Category-wise distribution of seats is as per Government of India norms.
Students admitted through CCMT and Institute Round are eligible for Teaching Assistantship. GATE-qualified students receive ₹12,400 per month. Non-GATE students may also receive assistance based on institute requirements and committee recommendations.
