Duration and Timeline of the Program
- Minimum 3 Years
- Tentative Start : July 2025
- Weekly - 18-21 Contact Hours (12-16 Theory + 1-5 Tut/ Hands-on + 5-8 Supervised labs + 5-8 Unsupervised lab assignments)
- Number of semesters : 5 semester of course work + 1 semester of capstone project/ industry internship
- Typical Semester : 17 weeks of instruction + 2 weeks of examination + 1 week of semester break

Broad Program Credit Structure
The proposed credit structure and the courses have been designed based on the discussions and deliberations in the committee on program objectives and also considering curricula of similar programs offered by other national institutes. The fixation of the credit distribution for Mathematics, Science, Humanities and Soft-skills, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology courses is based on the NEP 2020 guidelines. Note:
- All fees are non-refundable.
- Additional fees may be incurred in case of repetition of courses.
- Students have the option to learn at their own pace and can also register for fewer courses than prescribed in a given semester.
- There is no minimum credit requirement each semester, however, if a student plans to not register for any credit in a semester, he/ she needs to maintain his/ her active enrollment by paying a Program Continuation Fee of Rs. 3,000 per semester.
- Life/ Medical insurance (group insurance) fees may change depending on the cohort size.

Admission Process

● Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the program, however depending on the size of the cohort the admission may be deferred to the upcoming cohort.
● The institute reserves the right to conduct a written examination and/ or interview in case the need arises.

Program certificates
The grade sheet and the degree certificate will be as per the institute guidelines. The graduates will receive their degree in the institute convocation.
Graduation Requirements: The student must have earned a minimum 118 credits with CPI of 4.50 or above.
