Amendment in Grievance Redressal Committee

IIIT Vadodara (Gandhinagar Campus) & IIITV-ICD (Diu Campus)

Students may approach different officials for different types of grievances. The grievance should first be addressed at the designated first level. If unresolved, it may be escalated to the second level and thereafter to the Director, who may seek a report from the Grievance Redressal Committee.

The grievance escalation matrix is given below.

IIITV-ICD Grievance Redressal Committee shall comprise the above committee of IIIT Vadodara (Gandhinagar Campus) along with Dr. Gaurav Pareek as an additional member.

Grievance Redressal Forms

The Grievance Redressal Form is available as Annexure-I . The form should be submitted to the Registrar's Office when the grievance reaches the third level.

For the first two levels, the aggrieved person may directly approach the concerned officials to resolve the issue.

Note: In case of any emergency, the aggrieved person may directly approach the Director.
