Research Internship (For External Students)

IIIT Vadodara is committed to fostering academic collaboration and providing opportunities for students across the country to benefit from its rich academic environment. The Institute offers an Internship Program for non-IIIT Vadodara students, enabling them to engage in short-term academic and project work under the mentorship of faculty members.

Internship Overview

1. Program Objective

   The program allows students from other institutes to undertake internships ranging from 8 weeks to one semester at IIIT Vadodara, promoting academic exchange and research collaboration.

5. Eligibility
   • At least half of the total semesters should be completed.
   • Candidate should have read at least one research paper, preferably related to ongoing or completed research work.
6. Hostel accommodation may be available on a paid basis, subject to availability.

Guidelines for Internships

1. Applications must be submitted through the online application form.
2. Internship duration ranges from a minimum of 8 weeks to a maximum of one semester.
3. Applications are reviewed by a scrutiny committee and selected candidates will be informed via email.
4. A completion certificate will be issued only upon successful completion of the internship.
5. The internship is free of charge and no stipend is provided.
